Tim Brown
Tim Brown founded Locker 81 in 1988. Tim started the company to serve as his management firm for his off the field business opportunities, as it turned out, time would have many off the field opportunities as he went on to have a Hall of Fame career in the NFL. Tim’s many years of NFL service provided ample opportunity to meet key people in service and business thus leading to the gift card program. As well as other business opportunities such as becoming the first African American NASCAR owner.
Donald Kelly
Don Kelly is the Vice President and co-founder of Locker 81 Inc. Mr. Kelly is the author of the Prepaid Program and serves as its primary strategist and liaison to all partners in this venture. Mr. Kelly has successfully managed additional startup operations.
Miriam Marsaw
Miriam Marsaw is the Secretary/Treasurer personal assistant to Tim Brown, completing all contracts, applications and forms relating to Mr. Brown and Locker 81 Inc. Responsible for out not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, all general ledger transactions and the processing and distribution of payroll for the company.
